Her får du fornemmelsen af dit eget private byhus, da lejligheden har sin egen indgang som fører dig frem til lejlighedens egen gårdhave og to terrasser. I stueplan ligger et lille soveværelse, badeværelse og kontor. På 1. sal ligger mastersoveværelse. Lejligheden bliver din egen lille oase midt i byen lige ved Amagerbro Metro og cykelafstand til stranden.

Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

Shoping, restaurants, fast-food and bars all within 5 minutes walk. Bike-rentals available for a trip to the beach or down-town. The apartment has a small bedroom with a queen size bed (140 x 200 cm), and a living room with a sofa bed for an optional third adult or two kids. Extra maddress on the floor as needed. The apartment is newly renovated but decorated in a 1950s nordic style, complete with teak and pinewood furniture and decorated with artwork, books, board games, vinyls and personal items.
