The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Cupcake Cottage! 1838 renovated barn, with views.

The 2026 vegetable garden has been planted! New for 2026: Kitchen Aid stand mixer, new towels, frying pans. Cupcake Cottage has had a total renovation: the same light, charm, and views remain but inside there is a new kitchen, flooring, and heating system. And outside, a new deck and porch configuration, windows, siding, roof and dormers. The house is an 1838 barn with old beams and rafters, and modern finishes of hemlock, red oak, and western red cedar throughout.

And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!

The Miller's House is a quaint and beautiful, newly restored two-bedroom house that sits on a small river and is also a national historic landmark. The house has been painstakingly restored recently, with modern amenities you'd expect such as all-new appliances and high speed WiFi. The french doors on one complete wall amplify the open space with views of the Catskill Mts., pond, fields, and the vast sky. No smoking no pets. You love them, I love them, but they cannot stay here. Also, two night minimum stay. Three night minimum on holiday weekends.

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions.
