Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Our cozy cottage has a studio area with a queen bed, and a private room with a double bed..comfortably sleeps 3 adults or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Quiet and sweet. Walk to Swami's beach or drive to Moonlight Bch. There is a step from the main bedroom into the dining area. Also from the cottage to the back patio. If you have friends and family in the area, you must meet them off the property...there are many restaurants and in town for meet ups with family and friends.

Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town.
