A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. There is a comfortable living area with 42” sky tv, spacious kitchen with dining table and all appliances, downstairs bathroom with Bath & Shower over, new timber staircase leading to double bedroom with free view tv and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has two velux windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Outside is a private courtyard/garden area with hot tub Breakfast hamper upon request

On the 1st floor is an open plan space with lounge, dining and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Externally is a gravelled garden perfect for alfresco dining. There are a variety of pubs, shops, restaurants, and parks all within close walking distance. Max. 4 people.

And only a 45-minute drive to Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxford.
