Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. Dining seats 10 plus 4 barstools. 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fans, heat, Wifi, 2 Roku TVs, games, and fireplace for year round use. It's lake time!

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Get ready to park the car and leave it in the driveway for a getaway at this charming and cozy, 100 year old beach cottage. Completely updated furnishings and appliances bring a modern touch to a classic by the beach. Step out the door and you’re a half block from Main St., Sylvan Beach and less than 2 blocks to the water. Enjoy shopping, dining and exploring without the hassle of finding or paying for beach parking. Getting in the car at the end of your stay might feel awkward!

This listing is on the second floor so there are about 15 stairs to climb.The Price is set per person. It is located a half mile from Dibbles Inn and 4.7 miles from Turning Stone Casino. This is a full apartment for guests to stay a day or a week. It has a full bath, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Coffee machine with coffee caddy. There is are two bedrooms with a queen and a full size bed. Both couches recline (4).
