If bikes or summer isn’t for you, come visit in the winter. Our home is a short 10 minute drive to California Lodge at Heavenly Ski Resort! Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected by host and passed to City of South Lake Tahoe. Taxes are 12% of rental amount (without Airbnb fees).
