Come stay in our new lovely above ground basement suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, A/C, has a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. Nestled in gorgeous hillside, space for outdoor gear, kitchen with induction cooktop, private laundry, Wifi etc. Adjacent to another AirBNB suite and not suitable for kids. Hope to see you soon!

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Lund Harbour House - Private oceanfront getaway.

The Lund Harbour House is a spacious (815 sq. feet inside + 570 sq. feet of decks) custom, hand crafted suite situated on the waterfront in the Lund harbour. Private & peaceful, yet only meters to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and tour operators along a private boardwalk. It is suitable for up to 4 guests with a well stocked kitchen & fireplace. An adjacent beach area is perfect for kayak launching (yours or rent ours!) and those decks offer Lund's best place for viewing amazing sunsets.

Stay in a beautiful, safe neighborhood only a ten-minute walk to Rathtrevor Beach trails, amazing beaches, Englishman River, & estuary. Under 5 minute drive to downtown Parksville. Enjoy hotel inspired luxuries (I.e. new high-quality, ultra-comfortable mattresses and bedding), plus a hot tub and BBQ in your private yard. Hosts are on site in a separate suite and are friendly and will absolutely respect your privacy. Welcome! Note: this is a great space to get together, but not for partying.

Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.
