Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

Beautifully remodeled home in the heart of Ogden on the East Bench. Hidden from any streets & very quiet, less than 2 miles from Historic 25th street (restaurants/bars) & 30 minutes from past Olympic ski resort Snowbasin. 10 min walk to trailheads on the Bonneville shoreline trail for mountain biking/hiking/trail running. 25 min to Pineview reservoir paddleboarding/fishing/boating. This open design is private & cozy for 2 to 4 people with 1 king bed & 1 sofa that turns into a bed (Queen).

Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Basement apartment. We live upstairs. If Sunday check in is blocked it may be available. Just ask. Sleeps 6 best. Air mattresses for 2 more. Views, quick easy access to shopping, restaurants and the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.

Cozy Getaway

With high speed fiber optic internet it is perfect for working online. Near many ski resorts, fishing lakes, rivers. Two blocks from Golden Spike Sports Arena and Fairgrounds. Close to Hill Air Force Base. Nice backyard with fire pit, fountain, wishing well, large acre lot with lots of trees and flower gardens. One mile from I-15, close to shopping and dining.
