Grass Valley has a lovely historic downtown that is fun to explore. Lots of shops, restaurants and historic buildings. About 20 mins or so from the property. Parking can sometimes be challenging, but worth it.

Thursday night street markets with music during the summer. Cornish Christmas with food, crafts, hot drinks and live music in the winter.
