Flavor Restaurant on Yaowarat Road is a neat and clean simple place – it's obviously not for its décor that this restaurant deserves to be visited! The dark wooden furnishings, whitewashed walls, and black concrete flooring are just a background to the outstanding quality of the cuisine prepared by Belgian chef/manager Erik Vranckx. He's an extremely talented man whose main focus is on the freshness and excellence of the ingredients used to prepare his dishes. By using only organic products, all the dishes served here have an incomparable sparkling taste.
