Saturday mornings at 08:00 you can take part in a free timed 5km Park Run at Groeneweide Farm near Franskraal, about 15 minutes drive from Shelly Beach House. Reasonably challenging route (hilly & sandy in places), but a great way to start your weekend, with or without the kids!

Great place that has it all!!..great views, huge green lawns, own herb & vegetable gardens, delicious food & coffee, jungle gyms and farm animals to feed, even a slippie water slide in summer - keeping the little ones entertained while mom & dad enjoy a well deserved break!! For a minimal fee one can even hike or trial run on the Groeneweide Farm!
