This is a beautiful barre studio that I teach and take classes at. It’s been voted the #1 Best Fitness Studio by Tallahasse Magazine many years in a row. It is for women only. There are classes every day intended for every skill and flexibility level. There are even stretching classes, similar to yoga that are perfect for resetting your body and mind.
