The very famous ENS-Ulm (Ecole normale supérieure) founded by Napoleon where all french masters were trained during the third republic and where many famous french intellectuals studied or lectured. Amongst others - Charles Péguy, Jean Giraudoux, Pierre Brossolette, Vladimir Jankélévitch, Jean-Paul Sartre, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Simone Weil, Georges Pompidou, Louis Althusser, Michel Foucault, Pierre Bourdieu, etc.)
