Some of the best gelato and sorbeto you will taste anywhere in the world - and that includes Italy! These folks (Marco and Paul).are the finest culinary artists living and working on the coast today and the Northern Coast is fortunate they chosen to practice their delicious art form here. You will not find their gelati and sorbettos anywhere else in the world. They only make enough for the local market and even here you can only find this ambrosia in select outlets. Look for them at Surf Market, Trinks Cafe, the Black Point Grill (at Sea Ranch Lodge) and Anchor Bay Thai Kitchen. During the summer months they often have a mobile gelato cart at the Surf Market in Gualala. They use organic milk and creme, free range chicken eggs, fair trade spices and are very particular about absolutely everything that goes into their product. All of their equipment is the very best and the clean room where they produce their product is spotless. To top it all off, they are just plain nice folks as well.
