Another place like Sculpture Falls is hit or miss. Hit if the water is flowing and it is the weekday or early on weekend and not crowded, miss if it is completely dry or on a weekend and silly crowded which makes the experience not fun.

Sweet hiking trail with swimming holes. It’s free to access and rules are pretty relaxed so feel free to bring your dog and set up along the river. Keep in mind the water levels can vary depending on the amount of recent rain. To find the trailhead, navigate to Taco Deli at 1500 Spyglass Dr.

Swimming hole just above the Barton Springs pool. Local activity includes jumping from the cliff, but check the water level first.
