If you are a Food Network and baked good fan, you may recognize Sift's creator/owner Adam Young as a "Best Baker In America"! Step into Sift's bakery and inhale the aroma of daily baked pastries, breads, croissants, Danishes, quiches and so much more. It's a perfect spot to grab your coffee and morning nosh as you begin your walk about Downtown Mystic.

The most delicious pastries in Downtown Mystic. Adorable decor and cute outdoor space. Added bonus, Mix, a craft cocktail rooftop bar, is located right above it!

Just mile down the road, Sift is a popular place and for good reason. The owner, Adam Young, won best baker on Food Networks, Best Baker in America.
