A lively park with lots of opportunities in both summer and winter. In summer; volleyball, running, climbing, biking, discgolf and football. In winter; skiing, northern lights watching and snow sledding.

Park and play area for kids (swingsets, ice skating, etc) on the top of Tromsø island, near walking/running/ski trails. Public toilets and water. Free public parking (not overnight). Bus 26 stops at Skoglyst, 200 meters from Charlottenlund

Nice park area at the top of the Island. In winter this is a popular place to go skiing, sledding and skating (when there is ice). Here you can go cross-country skiing in with well prepaired 10 km long tracks, or in summertime have a nice walk in the forest.
