This is the best and largest local fresh market. Perfect for fresh caught fish, squid and seasonal clams. We stop here regularly to pick up clams for our own liguine a la vongole. But best to get the concierge to write down what you want in Thai as noone at the market speaks any foreign language and specific vendors (like the clams we love) are not always there every day This is a 20 minute drive from our village however there are many local smaller markets on different days of the week in our town. Ask the concierge for details.
