Climb the dune climb and let the kiddies run back down as fast as they can. For a workout, hike all the way to Lake Michigan.

You have to see this dune! Wonderful views of Lake Michigan You need more than one day to see all of the Dunes. The Dune climb for kids, will tire them and you out. Better to not try to get to the beach from the dune climb...it's long and there are many more big dunes before you even get to the beach. Good Harbor beach is great...Look for petosky stones ...but leave them behind as it is a National park.

There is nothing like the reward of climbing a dune to this beautiful view! I advise going early in the summer as the sand gets hot on warm, sunny days.
