Such a great local restaurant, family owned, and an old Houma institution. On some nights, live music plays. Go hungry because their lunch specials are just like home cooking. When you order a gumbo, you have to try it with the potato salad. That's how we like it down South! Don't forget to get a slice of one of their homemade pies with "mile-high" meringue.
