Beautiful views of the city. Did you know this was only built as a temporary attraction to celebrate the millennium? It proved to be such a hit.....it’s here 19 years later 👍 Best to take the Circle&District line and alight at embankment or Westminster tube stations

Explore the lavishly-furnished State Rooms of one of the world's few remaining working royal palaces and look out for some of the Royal Collection's greatest treasures on display. Highlights of the Buckingham Palace summer opening include: The 19 beautifully-decorated State Rooms, used for receiving guests and official functions The Throne Room - often used as a backdrop for royal wedding photos The magnificent Grand Staircase The special exhibition for 2020 - Royal Animals Fine art, including works by Canaletto, Rembrandt and Vermeer A multimedia tour introduced by Prince Charles”

History Museum
“The architecture of the British Museum is almost as impressive as the collection it holds. Entrance to the museum is free (with the exception of special exhibitions) and the building is a great rainy day activity when the weather is not so great in the capital. Head to the very heart of the Museum to capture a stunning picture of the British Museum’s architecture at its best”
