Do you like places with a sense of humour, a great interior, and delicious food? If so, Špejle is just the place. The bistro’s concept is based on that of the traditional Czech open-faced sandwich (chlebíček). Pork and dumplings as a chlebíček? Yep. But you also find them with goat cheese, prosciutto, pesto, and red beet; cold, savoury, and sweet. One thing links all these delicacies – they’re served on a skewer! The skewer is the design, the gimmick, and even the bill – you pay by the number of skewers you collect. To drink they offer homemade fruit drinks, cocktails, beer specialties, and a nice selection wines, including sparkling wines. And don’t forget to try their excellent coffee.

Small tapas restaurant serving everything on bread or in small portions- for example pork ribs and mashed potatoes. Wonderful concept. How many "špejle"= tapas you eat, that number of "špejle" you tell them when paying. 1 špejle costs 30,- CZK.
