Gig Harbor: The original building which houses The Beach Basket Gift and Clothing shop was the Austin and Ericksen Sawmill. It was an open shed that was enclosed using logs produced by the old sawmill business. The Christmas shop next door is in a 3 story house. Locally owned and operated since 1969, they have a nice mix of gifts for men and women. They feature Gig Harbor souvenirs including postcards, mugs, T-shirts and Sweatshirts .Nautical & Coastal gifts are one of their specialties and available all year round. They carry greeting cards, note cards and the Michel and the Naked Bee lines of skin products. They also have a Women's Sportswear Section that carries quality , comfortable clothes ,jewelry. Stop by and see us, we get new things in for the various holidays. Be sure and visit their 3-story year round Christmas Shop located right next door to the Gift and Clothing shop. This is literally THE GO-TO SHOPPE for all things Christmas Decor! A MUST-SEE!!! Worth the trip while meandering through the beautiful area. Such a wonderful place with really wonderful people!

The Christmas shop has been in downtown Gig Harbor for over 50 years now! I love the German Smokers and Nutcrackers, and they have every kind or ornament you can imagine! The Beach basket next door has great souvenirs, gifts and Gig Harbor apparel! Fun fact- the store is in a historic saw mill!
