Fuego Latino is a family owned restaurant and greatest dream of Chef Jorge Alcocer. Also known as Chef Mario Alcocer Former 25 year Executive Chef worked for one of the top hospitality organizations in the world. Chef Alcocer started his culinary career at the age of 18. Working for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts where he moved through the ranks learning and absorbing as much as possible to concord the dream of becoming owner of his own Restaurant were he could be able to express his passion for food.

This restaurant will not disappoint! Little flare of wonderful Latin cuisine. If you love plantains like me you need to stop here!
