Fast individual thin-crust pizzas with a happy selection of toppings. They take just 3-4 minutes to bake. A cauliflower crust is offered that has a great taste and texture - not at all what you would expect. In the Oak Park Arts District, and part of the Scratch Kitchen little group of restaurants - there is one in Oak Park and another in Forest Park. They pride themselves on making everything...from scratch!
