A 5 min drive, 12 min bike ride, 45ish min hike. This Conservation Area boasts 26 acres of land on the shores of Huron. Enjoy fishing, boating and watersports via the boat launch, swimming at the beach, picnic facilities, and a play area.

Beach/Conservation area within walking distance. The Conservation Area includes a boat ramp and safe harbour allowing access to Lake Huron for boaters. A picnic pavilion makes this area a great place for a summer day trip. 10 $ daily for Boat Launch

Highland Glen has a public boat launch if you would like to bring your boat while you stay at The Lakehouse on Huron. We do not have a dock, but this is only 3km away so easy to launch. You could anchor near our beach if the weather was calm enough.
