They offer a water taxi from Georgetown, DC to Old Town and several other noteworthy sites in the area. I have not been quite yet, but it seems like a fun way to see several sites from a calming and laid back perspective

Skip Uber and take the water taxi into WDC. Just 4 blocks from the Annex.

What a fabulous boat ride- this river taxi will take you up the Potomac River to George Washington's Mt. Vernon or down to Georgetown DC, or over to the National Harbor,MD or to Old Town Alexandria VA- you can buy a ticket for one stop or ride to all of the stops! You can also hop on-hop off at various stops.
