If you’re interested in an urban hike, the Spruce Street Suspension bridge is a great way to get your steps in. You can also drive and park on the street- the bridge only takes a minute to cross but it’s a quirky highlight of a quaint San Diego neighborhood- it was built in 1912

It’s just a quirky fun place to go see. A suspension bridge in the middle of a canyon and completely off of the beaten path. Interesting neighborhood and close to Little Italy.

Exploring America's Finest City on foot is one of the best ways to take in the sights and sounds of San Diego. On your walk through the city, make your way to Banker's Hill and walk across the 100-year old Spruce Street Suspension Bridge for a unique view of this part of the city.
