This is a good choice if you don't want to line up and pay to visit one of the observation towers in Pudong (oriental pearl tower, shanghai tower, etc). This is just two floors below the observation deck in the bottle opener building - you may order a drink in the hotel bar or lobby and enjoy the view without people pushing and shoving around you (and the drinks are same price as what you'd pay in most bars around Shanghai)

91st floor of the Park Hyatt Hotel, 100 Century Avenue, Park Hyatt Shanghai (Shanghai World Financial Center), 100 Century Avenue, Pudong. This bar offers stunning views over Shanghai. Best visit time around 18,00-19.00 when it is not cloudy so you can watch the sunset and lights go on. They have service charge.
