Farm to table, locally sourced. The food is ALWAYS good and the bartenders are wizards with their craft cocktails. They even have a non-alcohol craft cocktail menu.

This is definitely a 5 star restaurant, and people come from far away to dine here. The food is amazing, much of it is organic. It's a little bit dressy, sort of "smart casual." They have gluten-free options.
