Beautiful seaside town very popular with tourists from April-October & around Christmas. Lots of shops & cafes populate broad street & coombe street. Marine parade has beach huts (available for hire if you get in early), an arcade, lots of places to eat including kiosks. Lyme hosts small festivals (eg carnival week, Lyme folk & food rocks) regularly.

Some great independent restaurants, feel free to let me know what you like and I can make some recommendations. If you want to get away from the crowds try Monmouth beach, shingle beach but some sandy spots and always less busy!
