Have you heard about those insanely good blue corn mesa? this is the place where all the famous chefs get their tortillas. Luckily it's also a restaurant at night with some of the best mole dishes that I have ever had. the place is tiny, you need to share table but it's well worth it.

They prepare the tipical prehispanic tortilla in the morning and in the night it's a great restaurant with fusion dishes and pre hispanic inspirations.
