Todays it is one of the eight piers on the bay used for accessing the ferry boats which travel in all directions across bay. It's the oldest of the eight piers.

There is a historical street which consists of some special flagstones.. I strongly recommend to drink a coffe or beer on this sidewalk during sunset...
