food with a view over Princes Street and the Castle - in a beautiful traditional dining room. Also has excellent cocktail bar next door ( Juniper)

On the second floor of the Indigo Hotel, the bar has great cocktails and spectacular view of the castle and princes street gardens. There is also a restaurant, but I've never eaten there.

This is a really nice, slightly hidden restaurant on Princes Street with nice views of Edinburgh. The food and drinks are lovely and the lunch deal is really good value.

Beautiful views of Edinburgh castle from the bar and drinks are nice too... worth the price tag.
