Heini's Cheese Chalet is the factory retail store for Bunker Hill Cheese. It is a family owned business and has been making cheese since 1935, using milk that comes from small local family farms here in Holmes Co, Ohio. They make over 30 different kinds of cheese and offer free samples of every variety they make, and also sell a wide variety of other quality products, with a focus on food items made in Ohio.
