Fiamma specializes in Neapolitan style pizza. Like the kind you find might find in Italy. Thin crust, slightly charred, extremely delicious.

Being Italian it's hard to impress Mary with pizza, but even she thought this was actually pretty good pizza. You can't even tell the difference between regular and gluten free pizza! And the kids ATE it up!
