Unbelievably good sushi! The San Lucas location had just opened when we came to Cabo for our honeymoon in '94 and we ate there EVERY NIGHT! I am not joking, that is how yummy and original Angel's sushi is.

For fresh, inventive sushi, there's no question that the Nick-San franchise corners the market, and this outpost in the Tiendas de Palmilla shopping mall wins the prize.

"Nicksan Sushi Nicksan Sushi, owned by Angel, is one of those unique restaurants with incredible service, an attentive staff, and a delicious menu! When you go, make sure you try the Kara-Age Soft Shell Spicy Crab. This chef special uses the perfect balance of Serrano chile and sautéed chives to really enhance the taste of the crab. If you're not a seafood connoisseur, do not fret. They also have an amazing Beef Filet Serranito. Also, don't leave before you try their personal line of tequila. It's hand crafted from the main land, where the earth produces some of the best agave plants in northern Mexico. *Not open for lunch"
