St. Michael's is open most of the time and people are welcome to walk around as long as they are quite. It is one of the oldest and lagers churches in Toronto.

St. Michael's was designed by William Thomas, designer of eight other churches in the city, and was primarily financed by Irish immigrants who resided in the area.
