Hip and popular among NYC weekenders, Wayside Cider is crafting some of best hard ciders in the state. Using foraged and cultivated NY apples, and wild fermentation techniques, Wayside makes an incredibly light and dry cider. They have small bites to accompany their diverse selection of ciders. They have plenty of outdoor seating as well.
