The BEST banh mi in Portland is at Huong's cart on SW 10th Ave between Washington and Alder. Spicy pork on a huge flaky baguette with jalapeno & tomato spears, pickled carrots & daikon, and cilantro.

Food carts are super big in Portland. This "pod" of carts is probably the most extensive. Buy a lunch and head for Waterfront Park!
