Kayak up the Wailua River the largest river on all the Hawaiian islands! You can book a tour where they will guide you up the river to a beautiful hike to secret falls. I highly recommend this activity for the family.

fun day to kayak or paddle board up the river and hike the mile through the jungle and through streams to the falls. Is very crowded during the day from 9-4 so plan accordingly. The best day to go is on Sunday when the tours don't run. Stay to the north side of the river both ways.

A great hike after a short kayak up the Wailua river from Kamokila Village. Brave souls can swim under the waterfall.
