It’s hard to get a reservation here, but they have been doing take out. Remember when restaurants were still about making food for the art and love of it...this is it.

A delightful Italian restaurant in a surprising location - a strip mall quite close to this house. Don’t let the exterior fool you, this is one of the best restaurants in Durham and so much fun to visit. The space is welcoming and the food is out of this world. Servings are small and well-priced so you can try lots of things. We recommend sharing a whole assortment and calling ahead to make a reservation. Recommended: Shaved Parmesan, Eggplant with Gorgonzola, Baked Gnocchi, Pistachio Gelato.

Right up Guess Road in an unassuming strip mall is an amazing Italian place! Make a reservation; it's a small dining room and they fill up quickly.

The owner lives down the street. Dont be fooled by the location its 5 star all the way. If you can't get a reservation try walking in
