About 35 minutes north of us, (easy, lovely drive) beautiful lake and surrounding area. In winter, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling. In summer, camping, boating, mountain biking, trails, nature hikes and activities at the Steamboat Lake Visitor's Center. Historic Hahn's Peak Village, museum, or hike Hahn's Peak. On the way there, stop by the Clark Store for lunch (and ice cream in the summer months)!

Huge lake surrounded by mountains.... hiking, boating, paddle boards, cross country, a couple restaurants, sleigh rides, lots of options for a good time at Steamboat Lake.
