With the overwhelming interest of The Penthouse, which is also on the property, we are excited to offer The Cottage as our next great place to stay in Ellensburg. Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

Have a relaxing getaway in our cozy, private one-bedroom 3/4 bath suite! Minutes from downtown and walking distance from the university. Self-check-in with a door lock keypad for your convenience. There is a mini fridge freezer, kitchenette, microwave, smart TV, A/C, desk, shower, and more! Enjoy the art of Ellensburg by a local artist. You may be serenaded occasionally during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays by quiet violin and piano lessons and hear our young family during the day

Welcome to the Pinehaus! Nestled amongst the woods, on almost 4 acres, this cabin was designed to be a luxurious oasis to relax and recharge, a one of a kind experience. The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. Come try out the country life in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally located home base for unlimited adventures across the state! This accessible 600-square-foot apartment is attached to our home but features a private entrance, self-check-in via keypad, a small, covered patio, and ample parking. Trailer parking available upon request.

Hide away in a one bedroom cottage surrounded by trees with a peaceful garden. One block away from the Ellensburg Fair Grounds and Rodeo and around the corner from Central Washington University. We adjust our pricing seasonally or dependent on local events.
