It is 10 minutes to local dining and 45 minutes to Baton Rouge and/or New Orleans. There are 4 kayaks available!

With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time. This is a downtown apartment on the first floor with private entrance and covered parking. Guest have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill. All outside amnesties are shared. We are 3 minutes to downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to Southeastern Louisiana University. The outdoor space is shared with two other short term rentals on site.
