Das Haus ist hell und offen und von einer großen Holzterrasse mit Ess- und Sonnenplätzen und einer Sauna umgeben. Das Haus hat einen offenen Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich, der bis unter das Dach geöffnet ist. Auf einer Galerie im ersten Stock befindet sich ein zweiter großer Wohnraum. Bis zum nächsten Badeplatz sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (im Haus vorhanden).
