If your stay is longer than 4 days, our housekeepers will arrive on the 4th day to re-set the studio****

Welcome to our besoke renovated guest suite in sought-after Jan Juc. With a private entrance, this fully self-contained unit may be attached to our home but is separate in every other way. It features a queen bedroom with split heating/cooling system, ensuite bathroom, kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge and microwave and a newly landscaped private outside courtyard. Just a 10 minute walk to the local cafe, shop, pub and of course the stunning Jan Juc surf beaches and clifftop walking tracks.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

A sunny, light and up 10 stairs is a one bedroom, open plan living / kitchen area awaiting you. Enhanced with a carport entrance your days can be spent well ...relaxing! Superbly located for a 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, coffee shops and great restaurants. After a leisurely or busy day out, our apartment offers superb accommodation with wonderful views over Port Phillip bay - inside and out! Dining has never been more delightful than on the deck overlooking the bay.

A peaceful rural outlook, sounds of frogs and birds, while lying in a luxurious bath in a stylish, spacious retreat, super comfy queen bed. 2.5km to Whites beach. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, wifi. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.

Easy ring road access to the Surf Coast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions on offer around Geelong. Sorry not suitable for children or pets.
