It consists of 3 houses with 11 serviced apartments and includes outside shared amenities like swimming pool with kids pool and sunbeds, gardens, grape vines, parking area and bar. This studio apartment is on the second floor and has a private entrance and a balcony with a sea view. The apartment is on 2 levels (divided by 4 steps) and it consists of one small dining room with a kitchenette and a private bathroom on the first level; and a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with sea view on the second level. This studio apartment fits up to 2 guests and the rates include daily breakfast and daily housekeeping. The quiet beach just a few meters away is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing and fishing and the street in front of the property doesn't have much traffic so it is suitable for walks and jogging. It is also a great starting point to explore some of Crete’s most popular destinations and beaches, such as Falassarna (7km), Balos (11km), Elafonisi (43km), and the beautiful city of Chania (44km). If you are planning to visit Balos but you do not want to hike, Kissamos port is located only 2km away from where you can enjoy one of the daily cruises to Gramvousa Island and Balos Lagoon. Τhe property is located in the village Agios Georgios /Kaliviani at the beginning of the peninsula of Gramvousa and at the beginning of the road to the unique Balos lagoon 8klm,and the Falasarna 8 klm.Elafonisi is 40klm. Ιt is half anhour driving west of Chania and 4klm west of Kissamos town. It is 50klm of Chania airport. Distance 1 min.on car there are gas station, bakery supermarket, taverns and distance 1 klm there are a lot of small beaches with crystal water like (νiglia pahia ammos)

Our lovely apartment is located close to the center of Kissamos.Just a few steps away is the main square where you can find grocery stores,rental cars and the regional bus station.On the seaside you can find traditional Cretan restaurants,fish taverns and cafes.The closest beach is just a few minutes walking,famous destinations like Falasarna,Βalos,Elafonisi are easy to reach both by car or bus.Whatever other activities you have in mind(hikes,festivals)we are more than happy to inform you.

Peace and seclusion!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
