The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Oozing character & charm inside, whilst the terraced gardens & seating areas boast stunning panoramic views. The Cottage lies 10mins drive to the Waterford/Dublin Motorway. Our private apartment is part of our family property in a quiet area of beautiful Tramore and is minutes from beach and town centre. Doneraile Walk, cliffs and sea views next to property. Private decking area. Air-conditioning for heat/cooling. Suitable for 2 adults sharing a double bed and an additional cost of €20 for an extra guest on a pull out single bed.

Boatstrand Beachhouse

Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
