Step out of the front door and into the National Park, with Purlingbrook Falls and walking track right next to the property. You have a private creek at your door step to enjoy in the summer and an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit for the cool winter nights. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

A separate dwelling to the main house, you'll have access to a private courtyard filled with plants. We are located 1km from the airport, a flat 15min walk and 500m from the beach. The airport operates under a curfew, with departures and arrivals only operating from 6am-11pm.
